We are seeking team members who share our enthusiasm for this commitment to join us at our rooftop tiki bar. Essential Functions : Perform perimeter sweep at beginning & end of shift Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables Ensure that every area is both clean and maintained throughout shift Assist servers by refilling beverages, bussing, and resetting tables Assist in running food Inform management immediately of dissatisfied guests Maintains professional, composed and calm demeanor at all times Completes all side-work as directed.
